SalsaFrenzy Salsa Minutes |
SalsaFrenzy has kicked off a video podcasting project via Apple's iTunes Music Store.
It's called "SalsaFrenzy Salsa Minutes" - one to two minute segments of salsa footwork, partner combinations, and snap interviews with salsa personalities. They are coolest on the new video iPods but can be viewed on any computer. Take me straight to the Salsa Minutes (assuming you have iTunes 6 on your Mac or PC). SalsaFrenzy Salsa Minutes are free, informal, hopefully informative, and feature different dancers and presenters. Twenty one episodes are already online and we are shooting one or two each week, in town, on the road, whenever opportunity presents itself. To view the Salsa Minutes you need the latest iTunes 6 and QuickTime 7.0.3 (both are free downloads). If you have the latest iTunes, just click here to go to the Salsa Minutes. If you don't have iTunes, go here to download iTunes 6. It should also get you QuickTime, but if you need to get it separately, go here to download QuickTime 7.0.3. Once you have iTunes, either click here to go to the Salsa Minutes or search for "salsafrenzy" in the iTunes Music Store. You'll notice that you can either "get" individual episodes or "subscribe" to the series. We recommend that you "subscribe" to the podcast and that way you'll automatically get the latest Salsa Minutes as they become available. If you are interested in being in a Salsa Minute or wish to shoot and contribute one, check out the Contribution Guidelines. Also check out the Salsa Minutes FAQ. Enjoy!! Comments and feedback welcome. |
